1. Operator

EdgePredictor (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by EdgePredictor. For inquiries, use the contact form.

2. Service Description

We provide compiled Expert Advisor software (.ex5 files) for MetaTrader 5, along with associated AI model delivery, macro data feeds, and license key management. The software trades XAUUSD (Gold) automatically when attached to a chart with a valid license key.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in USDT (TRC20) via NOWPayments.
• Each payment activates your license for 30 calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.
• Licenses are non-transferable and bound to a single MT5 account number provided at checkout.
• Prices are listed in USD equivalent. The USDT amount at time of payment applies.
• There are no automatic renewals. You must make a new payment each month to continue access.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, use our contact form and we will refund your payment in full. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. License Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the EA software or AI models.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key or EA files with third parties.
• One license key is valid for one MT5 account only.
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange and derivatives carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Performance figures displayed on this website are from a live forward test on a real MT5 account. They reflect actual trades executed with real money under real market conditions. The live track record is short and ongoing. Real trading involves slippage, variable spreads, latency, and liquidity conditions that may affect results.

Past performance — whether live or otherwise — is not indicative of future results. EdgePredictor is a software tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on this website should be construed as a recommendation to trade.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgePredictor shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. You use the software at your own risk and are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of our model delivery and macro data servers, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may temporarily affect EA functionality. We are not liable for trades missed or executed during service disruptions.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
