14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked, no conditions.
Eligibility
- The 14-day guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.
- The 14-day window begins from the date your payment is confirmed by NOWPayments.
- Renewal payments (second month onward) are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
- Use the contact form with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Include the email address and MT5 account number used at purchase.
- We will confirm your refund within 48 hours.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed in USDT (TRC20) to a wallet address you provide. The refund amount will equal the USD value of your original payment. Blockchain transaction fees, if any, are covered by us.
After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated upon refund processing.
- The EA will stop functioning once the key is revoked.
- You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time in the future.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request if there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles. In practice, we have not denied a legitimate refund request.
