EdgePredictor is built and maintained by one person — an independent algorithmic trading developer focused on applied AI and machine learning for retail traders. The research, the models, the infrastructure, and the support are all handled directly by me.
That means you won't deal with a ticket queue, an offshore support team, or a product that gets abandoned once a launch promotion ends. When you contact support, you hear from the person who wrote the code.
