• MT5 account number — to bind your license key to your trading account.
• Payment transaction data — processed by NOWPayments. We do not store your wallet address or USDT transaction details beyond the order reference.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content when you use our support form.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver and activate your software license.
• Send purchase confirmations and renewal reminders.
• Respond to support requests.
• Process refunds when applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

• NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments. Subject to their own privacy policy.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (license delivery, confirmations). Subject to their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and MT5 account number for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after expiration for support and refund purposes. Contact form messages are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Security

License keys are cryptographically generated and bound to individual MT5 accounts. All data transmission between your browser and our servers uses TLS encryption. We store data on access-controlled servers and limit internal access to personnel who need it to operate the service.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may use essential cookies for site functionality only.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
